Artisan Tier TN Bowie Trainer

        Ken Jowers is a Pekiti Tirsia Lakan Guro  with Pekiti Tirsia International with 35 years of FMA training experience.  You can him finding teaching Pekiti Tirsia at the West Tennessee Pekiti Tirsia Club.  Ken designed a series of knives based on his training experience.  They include the TN Bowie , a 6” blade recurve fighter and the TN Bolo , a compact recurve fighter that works well in either grip.  Vulpes Training brings you polymer trainers of both designs that carefully follow the live blades in feel and function.

        Handcrafted from 3/4” thick HDPE polymer.  The TN Bowie is a consummate fighting style knife trainer. It’s recurved 6” hand ground blade is matched with a flame treated jute wrapped handle.  The jute is soaked in marine grade resin to create a grippy and permanent , phenolic handle wrap.   Blade and pommel feature our hand textured Dragon Hide finish.  A rugged trainer made for hard training.    Overall length of 11”. Weighs 4.8oz.
