Bobby Raines Series Rainemaker Bowie Trainer

    Bobby Raines is a custom bladesmith out of southern Ohio who specializes in fighting Bowie knives, largely after the style and in the spirit of the late mastersmith Bill Bagwell. Find him on IG @bobby_raines_2 .

    The Rainemaker Bowie has the spirit of the American fighting Bowie.   This trainer is handcrafted from 3/4” HDPE polymer.   The 9.25” blade is matched with a handle that features synthetic leather overwrapped with a Tsukamaki style wrap that has been treated with marine grade resin.  Overall length of 16” . Weighs 8 oz. 

Handle options (read carefully and choose a base layer and an overwrap color ):

     Base layer options A:   jute base layer color options include: red , blue , black , green ,purple , orange  and natural.      

     Base layer options B: New leather Samegawa base layer option: Samegawa base layer is a waterproof synthetic leather  .    Color options are black, green, natural and oxblood.  

     Base layer option C: synthetic alligator samegawa. Color options are Green , oxblood , natural and black.
     Base layer option D : synthetic rattlesnake . Color options natural , green.

      Base Layer E: carbon fiber in silver , black , blue, pink, gold, green camo , green metallic, orange, white

Over wrap layer color options include : Blue , red , black , purple ,  teal, orange , desert tan ,maroon , dark Brown, olive green , Kelly Green or neon green . Please use chat feature to request colors.    Default colors are black jute/ black Tsukamaki.
